Overview: The Cloud Project Manager works to determine and manage project scope and timelines, identify and manage risks and dependencies, drive issues to resolution, schedule and facilitate meetings, provide status updates at the determined cadence and ensure an outstanding onboarding experience for telecommunications system installations. The position also manages standard adds, moves, changes and requests to otherwise modify existing contract. The position will not have budgeting or supervisory responsibilities, however will be held to forecast accuracy within 10% on a quarter over quarter basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects in accordance with contractual time, cost and quality requirements
- Work with customers to identify requirements, project planning, evaluation and overall customer support
- Responsible for scheduling and management of resources and delegation of tasks
- Provide and execute on a detailed onboarding plan with customers
- Set and meet critical onboarding deadlines with customers
- Keep all resources within Mitel updated on project status; identify risk and concerns, document outcome for future customer endeavors
- Work on complex telecommunications system installations; including but not limited to large enterprise sites, multi-site deployments, hybrid solutions and contact center installations
- Ensure secondary transition plans are documented and track alternative design solutions when needed
- Update and maintain internal customer record data base with all the information on customer orders for onboarding coordination and billing purposes
- Working with clients to gather information and set up porting from their existing carriers, and develop secondary port solutions
- Conduct a pre-deployment debriefing meeting with the customer to ensure the customer and internal teams are ready for deployment and will meet the customers expectation
- Document custom solutions for the Mitel Customer Success Team and Support teams, and ready to accept accountability for the customer after successful implementation
- Work with others to formulate innovative solutions based on customer input and to help Mitel to develop strategies for the solutions to be offered
- Follow project management guidelines and procedures to attain individual and team wide Net Promoter Score
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- One-to-three (1-3) years of project management experience with real world experience and three-to-five (3-5) years’ experience in Telco and SaaS (preferred).
- Basic knowledge in Contact Center and Unified Communications
- Experience working with Salesforce.com
- Experience with porting telephone numbers
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches and other network components

General Purpose

Reviews budget for new program components in collaboration with the Director. Works with Director to plan and implement projects requiring analytical reporting, such as monthly OASAS patient reports and yearly OASAS Workscope reports.
Monitors productivity reports for clinical staff. In conjunction with Practice Manager and the Department of Psychiatry's billing manager, monitors accuracy of all APS billing activities.
Ensures compliance with applicable OASAS regulations and certification, including provision of services, content of services, documentation content and timeliness, and development of new programming.
Oversees chart auditing, incident reporting procedures and program evaluation/Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities including incident reviews with Quality Assurance Administrator.
Ensures environmental safety of all patient care areas as well as staff working areas.
Provides oversight of office management activities.
Liaison (10%) - E
Represents service on various Department of Psychiatry Committees.
Represents APS to outside agencies, including county and other governmental agencies, the Region II consortium of chemical dependency treatment providers, other treatment providers, and regulatory agencies such as OASAS and the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Hospitals Organization (JCAHO) when applicable.
Supervises clinical supervisors and other senior clinical staff. Maintain communication with other health care professionals, in order to provide continuity of care for the patient.

Develops and maintains written protocols for assigned service.
Leads efforts in new service development, including needs assessment, grant or proposal writing, interagency planning, community liaison, regulatory review, and new service implementation. Plays a leadership role in strategic planning for APS, involving the advancement of vision for the program within the Department of Psychiatry and within the community at large.

Directly supervises supervisory and senior clinical staff in APS. Responsible for overall supervision of all staff in assigned APS service. Monitors implementation of policies and procedures in assigned service.
Oversees clinical care meetings.
In collaboration with the Director, manages human resources functions in assigned service which includes recruiting, hiring and training of personnel. Develops and maintains functional job descriptions for positions. Ensures that job related competencies are developed and met by staff.
Makes hiring and termination recommendations to various disciplines regarding staff, and works with disciplines to provide evaluation of staff. These staff members may include Clinical Nurse Specialists, Senior Social Workers, Chemical Dependency Counselors, Psychologists, and Case Managers.

Remains available as consultant to assigned service's senior clinical staff as needed and to support clinical operations through direct care service as needed.

Qualifications

- X - Y years of relevant work experience in project management of software development in an Agile environment.
- Hands on Scrum Master experience in software development, some formal Agile training, or participation in an Agile software development team.

- Growing technical fluency. You like understanding how multiple systems fit together and can communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
