The Role

We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Customer Success team. This position will provide subject matter expertise to Electric's customers while maintaining excellent communication, technical support and project timeline tracking in an efficient and effective manner. Responsibilities

  • The principal role of an Associate IT Project Manager is to own and lead IT professional services projects from initial scoping with the customer through project completion.
  • Own, develop, and maintain project schedule and scope, keeping our project management software maintained for a portfolio of projects assigned
  • Interact with customers to take their requests and turn them into actionable plans for execution for various types of IT projects ranging from network infrastructure build-outs to SAAS implementations
  • Coordinate work with Systems Engineering team to ensure proper project execution
  • Research solutions to technical problems
  • Implement and maintain operational documentation and procedures
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with IT solutions, technicians, and overall project execution
  • De-escalate customer issues and where appropriate raise risks and roadblocks with department leadership

Qualifications

  • Project Management experience is required.
  • Experience with IT business solutions preferred (O365, G-Suite, MDM tools, SSO or network related solutions)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for customer interactions, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and question asking
  • Exceptional ability to multitask
  • College degree from an accredited four-year institution or relevant technical experience
  • Previous customer support experience is highly sought after

Job description

Some of these initiatives would be for risk and control and data governance groups, while the others may have broad organization-wide impact.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will lead the following key areas:

  • Lead the design, deployment and evaluation of the Talent Model initiatives to be deployed across the firm, utilizing existing insights as well as external best practices.
  • Oversee and manage a comprehensive needs analysis in order to understand current state pain points and articulate critical change shifts, which will create the most impact in alignment with the target state.
  • Create shared understanding and ownership of the revamped talent agenda across stakeholders.
  • Lead design and delivery of talent implementation/ transition plans with clear outcomes and measures of success.
  • Provide regular Talent Model progress updates, transformation and board reporting, including presenting on program design to various senior stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight to the Talent Model working team, who will support the role in delivery across the various initiatives. The role will required working closely with transformation SPOCs across data, Risk and control for effective implementation of the various initiatives.

Position Summary

The Program Manager provides high-quality program development and delivery to advance equity and inclusion across the Audubon network, including project and partnerships management , training and organization culture initiatives, overseeing Audubon affinity groups and cultural heritage programs, and managing calendars, travel, expenses, and other tasks for the Chief Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Officer (CEDIO). Essential Functions

  • Draft and review communications , reports, materials, surveys, and other relevant content with an EDI lens.
  • Work with writers, editors and journalists to develop and produce EDI content and marketing materials and/or videos for the website, social media, publication, and other proprietary uses.
  • Update and maintain the internal EDI Intranet web page.

Qualifications And Experience

  • 5 years of professional administrative or project management experience desired, with a preference for experience supporting an executive or other senior leader in an organization .
  • Demonstrated administration and time management skills and ability to complete a high volume of varied responsibilities in a fast‐paced setting with keen attention to detail, thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to set priorities, make decisions, and move programs forward in a complex and dynamic environment .
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with excellent decision-making capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build consensus amongst diverse individuals .

  • Technically savvy, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, as well as other web-based tools such as Concur.
  • Experience with billing and vendor management a plus.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours and/or travel as needed to accommodate unexpected issues, workload, meetings or events .
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential, sensitive information.
  • Bachelors degree preferred or relevant work experience.

Global IT department is looking for a Cyber Security Program

consultant. This position has the primary responsibility of managing a

portfolio of IT projects for the Americas related to Cyber Security and

Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as Project Manager / PMO on IT projects:
  • Project manager role on IT projects. This includes, when

applicable, project scoping, planning and monitoring; define risk analysis on

the different IT activities involved in the IT projects; organization of

training as well as User Acceptance Testing: production of Project Management

dashboards, reports and internal documents; change management activities (including

roles and responsibilities, creation of service level agreements, review of

current processes, definition of target processes and organization…)

  • Ensure adherence to the System Project Life Cycle (SPLC)

and produces or assists in the production of key deliverables defined by the

SPLC.

  • Organize working, project, and steering committees.
  • Ensure that all system implementations meet US regulatory

standards and are done in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

  • Track the project status and ensure the project meet the

approved deadlines and stay within approved budget.

  • At least 5+ years of experience
  • Previous experience in any of the following areas: Cyber

Security (projects, business analysis)

  • Skills: Strong written communication skills; Good

organizational skills with attention to detail; Multi-tasking; Ability to

analyze and summaries information; Ability to work autonomously
