The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing the team’s capacity as they contribute to capabilities to improve operations and product features across the portfolio, as well as ensuring that delivery requirements, timelines, dependencies and risks are clearly communicated to all stakeholders. This position works closely with product owners, architects, engineers and quality assurance across multiple scrum teams and products, acting as a single point of contact for the team, and assisting in generating new partnerships / consulting engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Provides a portfolio level view across all products that shows progress of what has been committed on a pre-defined cadence
- Define and manage how the teams should be operating to allow visibility into the delivery process
- Coaching for teams that need the extra help
- Ensure teams are implementing guidelines and assess overall status at the portfolio level of how well we are:
- Are we grooming, writing acceptance criteria sizing, having retros, planning, mapping out dependencies and talking to the teams
- Facilitate conversations / solutioning between teams and non-Digital Banking teams where there may be dependencies or linkages
- Runs retros, sprint planning and demos, PI planning, etc.
- Publish commitments of planning sessions (whether they be sprint or PI planning sessions)
- Runs monthly Product & tech sync with Portfolio Manager
- Works with Product & Tech to identify “top 3 features” per product
- Trouble-shoot issues and surface up impediments with delivery
- Manage JIRA spaces: Request spaces, ensure consistency in set-up, enable necessary fields, and metrics dashboards
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other Technical discipline
- Must have web technology stack experience & experience with web
- 6+ years of Software Project Management experience
- Ability to effectively interpret Technical and Business objectives as well as challenges and support the team in delivering
- Ability to drive projects end-2-end, work with a diverse set of teams and challenge the status quo
- Willingness to learn new technologies, experiment and exploit them to their optimal potential
- Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technical and business product managers.

The Role
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for supporting the base management organizations in resolving questions and issues related to systems, processes and standards. - Oversee the setup, execution and take down of multiple sample collection sites within the same geographical area
- Oversee site safety, security, and overall operations of the collection sites.

- Serve as the single point of contact for all collection site staff, Genetworx Supply Chain team and Genetworx Site Logistics team
- Be the on-the-ground contact for client communications and logistics teams
- Inspect supplies, inventories and coordinate with Genetworx supply chain on the maintenance of equipment if required
- Ensure all safety standards are up to local and state standards for collection site (eg – Social distancing measures, fire safety)
- Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; Help prepare and maintain procedures.
- Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate

Qualifications

- 3 years of prior experience in managing logistics of indoor and outdoor events with safety standards

- Comfortable with handling and trouble-shooting technology in site, with assistance from remote IT Support technician
- Confident with client relationships as it pertains to on site set up and logistics

Arizona Pipeline is looking to fulfil a Project Estimator position. This position is specific for a Wet/Dry Utilities Estimator and Project Manager. Candidate will work on jobsites developing estimated bidding, along with other aspects of commercial, residential, municipality, such as, grading and over excavation. This candidate will estimate job sums from 10K-10M and must possess the experience to do so. This candidate will have the ability to meet time sensitive deadline, work well under pressure in a high pace environment and work as an effective team player. The qualified candidate will have great communication skills, be organized and detail oriented.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
The ability to speak, read and write in fluent English
Possess basic math skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, and Outlook
Working knowledge of Apple products; iPhone and iPad
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Urban Planning, Engineering or related field
Five years’ experience working in the Arizona/Phoenix area as a WET/DRY Utility Estimator
A minimum of 3 years working on a construction jobsite
Experience bidding large sum jobs
Having existing relationships with future clients is a big plus
