Day To Day Responsibilities

  • Scope, define, estimate, and manage projects and timelines for political advertising campaigns
  • Work with the political team to define internal campaign objectives and functional requirements
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and archived properly
  • Serve as support including day-to-day project management of the firm’s political client accounts
  • Overseeing client programs from conception to completion by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Foster relationships with clients built on outstanding service and trust
  • Lead project status meetings and updates with internal teams and clients
  • Manage your own workflow according to set procedures and timelines including juggling multiple projects simultaneously and understand project priorities in the context of agency and client expectations
  • Manage and participate in testing and quality control for all deliverables

  • Some level of experience working in political consulting, agency, campaign, or public official’s office environment - a general understanding of the world of politics

Job Description

Role will oversee the Deployment and Release Management functions in Provider. Planning releases, managing risks, measuring, and monitoring progress on deployments. The Implementation Manager will identify opportunities to improve and scale deployment operations, oversee and manage the Release Management functions and improve operational hand off to Support. Beyond the classic project manager skills of collaboration and organization, the role will bring the lacking rigor on the current team to influence & drive accountability.

Job Description

Role will be responsible for implementing and managing release processes for code through development, test, and production environments. The Release Manager works collaboratively with all participants in software development projects and is supportive of developers and testers across the globe as they set up their build dev/test environments.

This position also works with IT management to improve the software engineering processes and practices associated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software and environments.

The Release Management responsibilities also include building the IT Release Calendar in working closely with the IT release managers from different portfolios across IT and centralizing view of all releases. Leads the effort of defining the IT strategic direction for release management tools for IT to ensure the process requirements of release management are built in. The Release Manager will assist in managing projects and interdependencies to ensure milestone adherence to ensure the integrity of the release can be measured.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Forward Plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio
  • Manage risksand resolves issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality
  • Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, and that they meet or exceed expectations
  • Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog, pending service requests, third party applications, or operating system updates
  • Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
  • Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews
  • Produce Deployment, Run Books and Implementation Plans
  • Weekly Release Reporting
  • Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required
  • Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities
  • Work with release engineers to understand impacts of branches and code merges
  • Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors.
  • Continually work towards making improvements in the release process
  • Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists.
  • Develops scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms
  • Participate in CABmeetings to discuss release scope and/or roadblocks
  • Maintains a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists
  • Researches new software development and configuration managementmethodologies and technologies and analyzes their application to current configuration management needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2-6 years of previous release and/or project management experience, (Solid understanding of project management principles preferred)
  • 8-10 years of experience in information systems operations environment in systems analysis or development
  • Formal training in project management practices preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office expert level knowledge of Excel, working Knowledge of Access
  • Knowledge in working with .Net and Angular based technology products. Cache DB knowledge would be preferable

Duties And Responsibibilites

  • Monitor program execution to ensure fulfillment of objectives (e.g., technical, cost, schedule, performance).
  • Oversee technical or project management teams in developing performance work statements to ensure that they accurately reflect the technical requirements of the projects within or impacting the program.
  • You will manage project resources (e.g., research and development, integration, testing, production, installation) for a program.
  • Plan staffing, onboarding, and offer mentoring to team members supporting initiatives within the program.
  • Mentor project managers working on this program.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional program management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT project environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant IT roles.
  • Bachelor degree preferred.
  • 10 years of industry experience.
  • Salesforce Cloud implementation project experience, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing.
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in core project management methodologies.
  • Experience communicating with senior management (Director/VP-level decision-makers).
  • Prior eCommerce experience is required, preferably IT ecommerce leadership experience. Experience with salesforce is preferred.

  • Experience with blended waterfall/agile delivery methodologies.

Position Summary

Mobile Modular is a business that sells and leases relocatable and permanent modular building. . As a Project Manager with Mobile Modular, you will be responsible for supporting projects from Contract to Completion including managing resources, schedules, financials and adherence to quality and safety throughout the project life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Duties/Responsibilities Of Position

  • Establish and enforce safety requirements to ensure compliance with industry and Company standards.
