Required:
- Demonstrated ability to define service operations models and processes for systems and applications
- Demonstrated knowledge of Service Management principles and best practices (e.g., ITIL)
- Experience implementing new support/delivery organizations, building the team and support processes
- Demonstrated skill liaising between business and technology areas
- Proven Agile project management experience
- Ability to ensure process and technology investments provide optimal value to the business
- Several years of experience with business operations, customer service delivery, and application support
- Vendor/supplier and contract management experience
- Distributed organization management experience
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing a plus
