Parker + Lynch is working with a leading Information Technology company seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in Baltimore, MD. This mission driven company is looking for a project manager who is a strong leader and can work across teams and stakeholders. Salary range is between $120,000 - $140,000 commensurate with experience, and includes an excellent benefits package, including affordable healthcare and 401K match.

Responsibilities

• Administer service requests from start to release, working with variety of teams
• Leverage scrum and PI Planning roadmap with agile scheduling techniques
• Track and manage progress on deliverables, keeping stakeholders up to date on project including risks and change strategies
• Report on project status, costs, issues, etc. to management team
• Manage teams including Developers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and others
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Early Childhood Education, or other related fields required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) required
• 7+ years of experience in project management in IT; 4+ years’ supervisory experience
• Experience with managing software development projects using Agile methodologies
• Experience working with AWS infrastructure a plus
