Title: Client Experience and Offer Management- PM

12 Month Contract- possibility of extension or perm.

Pay Rate: $60/hr W2- does not include benefits or PTO.

Location: Sits in Phoenix, AZ 85044- but will likely start remote and be onsite once the campus re-opens.

Description: Responsible for Strategy - setting ambitious and clear vision for digital experience; Client Focus - Developing a deep understanding of current and potential user needs; Execution - Driving use of a new digital product and managing to tight timelines; Partnership - building close relationships with key stakeholders and defining business strategy for business integration.

Qualifications: 5+ years of strategy, client experience, or field implementation; analytical problem solving and strategic thinking; ability to synthesize data into insights; ability to make significant progress with minimal direction; ability to make decisions and progress in the face of ambiguity; proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives; can-do, results-oriented approach; ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines; Schwab or Financial Services experiences preferred.
