Marketing Manager

As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will have a direct impact on driving our growth every day. You will be supporting the sales teams in their efforts to grow the business as well as our client teams in their efforts to expand our services to current clients and communicate our strategy. You will be the point of contact for our sales enablement solution and our B2B events.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to develop, execute and deliver sales collateral, materials, and tools that will increase confidence among our sales team and influence conversion rates throughout the funnel.
  • Be the primary owner of our sales enablement solution managing the day-to-day tasks, updating of content, development of additional pages and tools as well as the communication and news to keep the sales teams updated and aware of what is available and how to use it.
  • Be the primary owner of all sales collateral and keep it updated and consistent. This responsibility includes the management of our sales enablement platform and process development.
  • Assist in strategy and development of finalist and client presentations customized to meet the needs of our sales teams and end-user audiences.
  • Assist in strategy and development of client marketing including client presentations, webinars, newsletters, and other materials and tools.
  • Assist in creating compelling content marketing assets, including but not limited to white papers, customer testimonials, videos, slide shares, eBooks – and build distribution plans that will increase consumption of our content by partnering with our content director.
  • Work with the creative team, content director, and agency/freelancers on the development of collateral and assets.
  • Assist in building an event strategy, including a process for how we decide where to invest and our process for pre- and post-event management to ensure that we measure overall effectiveness and have a feedback loop for performance.
  • Manage execution for events in partnership with the solutions consultants and sales teams.
  • Perform market research to help us understand buyer and influencer personas and segmentation opportunities to ensure our message makes an impression with the right audiences at the right time for maximum effectiveness and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Past experience creating sales collateral, presentations, and materials.
  • Past experience partnering with creative teams and agencies in the creation of materials.
  • Ability to work comfortably and effectively with executives, individual contributors, and external vendors.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience marketing to HR leaders and benefit consultants.
  • Understanding of the healthcare space, specifically employer-sponsored primary care clinics.
  • Ability to turn ideas and asks into compelling artifacts.
  • Good rapport with designers
  • Comfortable in the abstract – the majority of what we’re building is net new. We’ll need you to feel comfortable in areas of gray and take the initiative to execute
  • Excellent communication skills -- you will interact with customers and cross-functional teammates regularly.
  • Inclusive thinker – ability to partner on eventual solutions with peers and stakeholders and not work in a vacuum.

  • Ability to take specific requests and turn them into three dimensional artifacts.
