HVAC Project Manager needed for various commercial and residential new construction and renovation projects in the Milton, NY area. Your responsibilities will include successfully managing each project from start to finish, including but not limited to leading the HVAC team, maintaining construction schedules, procuring contract documents, producing job estimates, and submitting proposals. You must be able to deal with multiple projects concurrently, compose and negotiate change orders, manage the project's budget and billing, coordinate with subcontractors and manage vendors for submittals and deliveries. Project managers must have a minimum of five years of mechanical construction experience, understand HVAC systems, excellent communication and computer skills (MS Office and CAD) and an OSHA 30. This is a temporary to permanent position. After a probationary period you will be eligible for health, dental, vision, 401K, flexible spending, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Salary range: $70K-$100K DOE
