The Recruiting Scaled Programs & Operations team is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to serve our growing team implement and scale global recruiting programs and processes. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional partners to manage and run complex functional-wide programs. The ideal candidate will have an ability to see the big picture and incorporate problem solving, critical thinking and tactical execution into their daily work, as well as a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple work streams and/or project teams to execute against project plans
  • Display effective organization skills and manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
  • Demonstrate strong capabilities to engage directly with recruiting leadership on strategy and be able to pivot to granular detail within working teams
  • Work with program partners to establish project plan, facilitate requirements gathering, drive creation of integrated project plans and ensure team is aware of key milestone dates
  • Integrate, synthesize and maintain project/program documentation from multiple teams
  • Facilitate relationships between teams, moving programs forward, finding resources, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and resolving open issues that prevent progress
  • Prepare executive-level reporting on key metrics and project status and share updates regularly with recruiting leadership and other stakeholders

Minimum Qualification

  • 5+ years of program/project management experience and/or consulting experience
  • Experience leading departmental and/or enterprise-wide projects
  • Experience managing a diverse set of stakeholders and cross-functional teams from project initiation through close
  • Program documentation experience
  • Problem-solving, data analytics and reporting skills

Preferred Qualification

  • 8+ years experience in operations and/or project management
  • 2+ years of experience with Diversity & Inclusion strategies/projects
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong working relationships and communicating at all levels, across functions and geographic boundaries
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail and deliver high quality work
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business situations
  • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification(s)
