Delivering complex, large scale programs and projects from initiation through delivery by leading cross-functional, geographically diverse project teams.

Understanding the business requirements and then ensuring these can be implemented from a people, process, policy and technology perspective by working with customers technical teams to effectively design, develop, test and launch scalable solutions that address customer needs while meeting our high controllership standards.

Ensuring consistent and efficient execution of projects, adhering to Customers governance and project methodology frameworks, to deliver optimal, high-quality, scalable solutions. This includes effective communication of project progression to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners, key stakeholders and team members. Ensuring Plan Bs are always in place.

Responsible for overall integrity and coherence of the programme/project and executing the programme/project vision, mapping all initiatives and taking accountability for all dependencies and alignment.

Defines release readiness requirements against business outcome needs and validates readiness before release into production;

Ensures overall integrity of the project and compliance to Standards.

Possesses understanding of frameworks (e.g. Waterfall/Agile) and methodologies

Demonstrates strong communication skills, coordinates project stakeholders and may also act as lead representative in key governance and decision meetings;

Basic Qualifications

14+ years of strong experience in managing & delivering projects in the areas of Microsoft Dynamics AX/ Great Plains/ Dynamics 365 - Finance & Operations

Minimum of two full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Good understanding of D365 Finance & Operations, Budgeting and Reporting

Experience with Data Migration from other systems to D365 - F&O

Excellent verbal/written communication and inter-personnel skills
