What You Will Be Doing

• Create comprehensive and detailed scope of work for each project
• Create accurate material take offs specific to each trade
• Create project budget and timeline
• Accurately come up with labor requirements to carry out each project
• Coordinate with managers and design team to ensure accuracy

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ years of commercial and residential construction experience
• 3+ years of estimating experience
