What You Will Be Doing

We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager to manage large-scale projects throughout Massachusetts. Candidates should be self-starters, team players, and possess the ability to work with different teams within a fast paced construction environment.

The Project Manager has ultimate responsibility for project success including:

"Management of the project schedule

"Subcontractor and supplier buyout, procurement and management

"Construction controls processing including contracts and change orders

"Monthly owner and subcontractor AIA requisitions

"Project schedule production and maintenance

"Responsibility for all project budgets, costs, P/L, etc.

"Maintaining client relations with architects, owners, subcontractors, etc.

What You Need for this Position

Minimum Requirements

More Than 5 Years of experience and knowledge of:

Ideal candidates should possess a BS degree (civil engineering preferred) with 5 to 10 years of construction industry experience. Exceptional communication, organizational and computer skills are a must.
