Our client is the Customer Experience department of a major tech company seeking a Project Manager to join the operations team. This is a remote, 40-hour/week, 6-month contract to start, likely extension.

The CX Operations Project Manager Must Have

• 3+ years of experience managing technical projects for consumer or service products
• Solid understanding of design best practices for all digital channels
• Bachelor's degree (PMP is bonus)
• Skills with Google Suite and ability to create presentations
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools including Sketch, Figma, InVision, Framer, Principle, Flinto, etc.

The CX Operations Project Manager Will Primarily

• Manage programs/portfolios for Experience Design led workstreams, facilitate and execute processes on projects, and collaborate with other teams
• Manage intake operations, capacity planning, and onboarding in agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments
• Craft and implement activities for change management
