Senior Manager, Cyber PMO

The Senior Manager in our Cyber Program Management Office (PMO) helps to ensure that our services, products, technology investments and strategic business goals are tightly coupled. Prioritizing our investments to deliver tangible business value, in line with our ever evolving business objectives, ensures that our investments help our customers succeed by bringing ingenuity, simplicity, and humanity to banking while protecting our customers. You will bring skills and experience in Cyber, process improvement, governance, and strategic planning to develop and manage Cyber Program Governance. As a leader in the Cyber PMO you will also partner with the Tech PMO and Tech Divisions to establish and maintain transparency into Cyber-related work across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Help to lead the development of processes and procedures to identify and monitor Cyber-related work across the enterprise
• Partner with other members of the Cyber PMO and Tech PMO to develop and streamline integration of Cyber PMO processes and procedures with Enterprise Tech Backlog
• Partner with Cyber teams to develop programs aligned with business strategy
• Support the establishment of Cyber’s Service Oriented operating model and partner with Service program teams to manage the portfolio of work and investment within the services
• Maintain the big picture portfolio view of our Cyber driven technology organization
• Support and facilitate Cyber PMO meetings, including Service level deep dives, steering committee meetings, strategic portfolio reviews, and others.

• Partner with Product Management and Cyber teams to refine, document, develop, and iterate objectives, initiatives, goals, and strategies
• Support development and drive adoption of enterprise tools for effective tracking, measurement, reporting, and visualization

• Display teamwork, strong communication, negotiation, and leadership across all levels
• Create transparency and foster relationships
• Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive process and PMO efforts
• Demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills – ability to establish metrics and utilize data to measure portfolio health
• Demonstrate the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Exhibit a high degree of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Be an effective communicator – ability to create clarity amongst diverse groups from team members to stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience in process or project management
• At least 3 years of information security experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management
• Security+, CISSP, or other Cybersecurity training or certification
