Here Are The Details

• Position: Project Manager
• Location: 100% Remote
• Duration: 6+ months
• Rate: Negotiable based on experience

Overview: The Project Manager provides leadership to customer executives. This person is responsible for a successful customer relationship and project delivery during the implementation of r InterQual software implementation.

• Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders at the customer, including executive sponsor and business owner
• Establish routine executive steering committee meetings with customers
• Effectively manage project team escalations to resolution
• Effectively manage customer escalation through to completion
• Set the tone for the project and ensure proper follow through by project managers and project teams

Business Experience –

• 5+ years experience managing software implementation
• 3+ years experience working with customer executives on strategy and de-escalation

Specialized Knowledge/Skills –

• Strong foundation in Project Management principles, processes and methodology
• Strong and effective communication and presentation skills for client facing and internal communications
• Utilization management
• Expert communication and diplomacy skills
• Proficient in MS Office Tools: MS Project, MS Visio, MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS Excel.

Must Haves

• Utilization Management experience
• Has worked projects both on the payer and provider side (software)
• Integration and implementation experience with clients
• MS project, GANT charts, schedules

Nice To Haves

• Interqual knowledge, or some competitor
