Overview: The Cloud Project Manager works to determine and manage project scope and timelines, identify and manage risks and dependencies, drive issues to resolution, schedule and facilitate meetings, provide status updates at the determined cadence and ensure an outstanding onboarding experience for telecommunications system installations. The position also manages standard adds, moves, changes and requests to otherwise modify existing contract. The position will not have budgeting or supervisory responsibilities, however will be held to forecast accuracy within 10% on a quarter over quarter basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects in accordance with contractual time, cost and quality requirements
- Work with customers to identify requirements, project planning, evaluation and overall customer support
- Responsible for scheduling and management of resources and delegation of tasks
- Provide and execute on a detailed onboarding plan with customers
- Set and meet critical onboarding deadlines with customers
- Keep all resources within Mitel updated on project status; identify risk and concerns, document outcome for future customer endeavors
- Work on complex telecommunications system installations; including but not limited to large enterprise sites, multi-site deployments, hybrid solutions and contact center installations
- Ensure secondary transition plans are documented and track alternative design solutions when needed
- Update and maintain internal customer record data base with all the information on customer orders for onboarding coordination and billing purposes
- Working with clients to gather information and set up porting from their existing carriers, and develop secondary port solutions
- Conduct a pre-deployment debriefing meeting with the customer to ensure the customer and internal teams are ready for deployment and will meet the customers expectation
- Document custom solutions for the Mitel Customer Success Team and Support teams, and ready to accept accountability for the customer after successful implementation
- Work with others to formulate innovative solutions based on customer input and to help Mitel to develop strategies for the solutions to be offered
- Follow project management guidelines and procedures to attain individual and team wide Net Promoter Score
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- One-to-three (1-3) years of project management experience with real world experience and three-to-five (3-5) years’ experience in Telco and SaaS (preferred).
- Basic knowledge in Contact Center and Unified Communications
- Experience working with Salesforce.com
- Experience with porting telephone numbers
- Basic knowledge of routers, switches and other network components
- Must possess computer skills including spreadsheet knowledge, and word processing. Windows based software and Excel required. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Naturally inclined to exceed expectations and provide outstanding customer service (both internally and externally)
- Project Management Certification (PMP) or working towards such certification would be beneficial

Leads teams by facilitating the agile process, ensuring agile teams are accountable for the success of their project or BAU work effort. Provides visibility into a team's impediments, risks, and any other struggles so adjustments can be made at the program level in order to meet desired results.
- Lead agile teams, consisting of resources across the organization, needed to deliver on prioritized projects and BAU work efforts. Understand and practice servant leadership, putting needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible.
- Manage the team’s activities to ensure timely completion of tasks. Remove team impediments. Identify and communicate potential risks to the completion of the sprints and releases, including resource, cost, and system. Independently develops corrective actions necessary to mitigate most issues and reviews with management for confirmation prior to execution.
- Understand the estimated cost of the project and financial impact of the work, including expense vs capital. Monitor cost variance throughout life of project to ensure team stays within budget. Explain any cost variance. Understand and manage to project ROI and propose change of direction (including cancelation) if appropriate.
- Facilitate project kick off/review (with Directors and Managers), release planning, sprint planning, daily stand up meetings, sprint reviews/demos, retrospectives for agile teams. Present in a variety of informal settings: one on one, small groups, with peers and functional managers. Present to director level and below.
- Measure the quality of work teams are producing through a variety of metrics and identify trends used to improve team’s velocity and throughput. Work with functional managers to recognize inefficiencies and create improvement plan with team. Independently recognize and work with team on inefficiencies and process improvements needed.
- Provide a highly collaborative environment, servant leadership and conduct agility health assessments to ensure the health and growth of the team. Facilitate management retrospectives to build high performing teams and ensure team’s success. Create a supportive work environment by demonstrating trust, confidence, and commitment to team members.
- Ensure agile team members have the information they need to be successful (decisions, constraints, risks, assumptions, status). Assess strengths and development needs of team members and coach’s individual team members before engaging the functional manager.
- Create and maintain the project level work plan with key milestones. Report status to the program and portfolio teams on a timely basis. Identify and communicate risks, delays, and staffing issues to appropriate individuals. Support all project management standards and best practices. Suggest and support process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
Oversee development, and implementation of service plans.
Ensure health and well- being of individuals to include compliance with ADL’s & IADL’s.
Ensure programs are run according to regulations.
Supervise and monitor assigned staff to include, performance management, training, and development, and oversee volunteers and student interns.
Further develop and grow services listed above- marketing services to community resources
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, or related field, and/or valid NYS license in accredited field with min. 3 yrs. supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of ADL’s, IADL’s, and comprehensive service plans
Knowledge of Brain Injury and Health Homes Care Management preferred
Current/valid New York State driver’s license; reliable transportation required.
Must have excellent organizational and communication skills and able to read, write, and speak English.

Job Description
Responsible for managing the cost, schedule and technical performance requirements of a program through all phases from inception to completion. Direct the preparation of moderate to large size proposals, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budget and financial terms/conditions of a contract. Ensure that all manpower such as engineering, production and facilities are available to support the program. Manage the activities and operations of a remote office within the region. Work with Sales, dealer and customers to determine needs, requirements and new business opportunities. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas. Support the pursuit of the division’s orders and revenue and cash targets.
Occasional international travel within the Asia Pacific region, as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant Program Management experience or 4 years of relevant experience with an MBA. 4-6 years of experience in supporting mid-size to large projects or programs

Responsibilities
General Purpose
Oversees clinical operations in assigned Addiction Psychiatry Service (APS). Provides supervision to senior clinical staff in assigned service. Collaborates with Director of Addiction Psychiatry services to ensure smooth and cost-efficient program operations across the service. Assumes responsibility for Human Resource Management activities for assigned service. Coordinates with Director and Practice Manager to ensure that physical plant operations meet regulatory requirements and program needs. Co-Chairs staff meetings as directed by the APS Director. Ensures OASAS and Joint commission regulations and standards are operationalized and in compliance within the service. Represents APS to Department of Psychiatry committees and the community as assigned. Assumes teaching responsibilities when necessary.

Serves as member of Addiction Psychiatry Service Management Team and other committees as required. Co-Chairs or Chairs APS staff meetings as assigned by the APS Director.
Reviews budget for new program components in collaboration with the Director. Works with Director to plan and implement projects requiring analytical reporting, such as monthly OASAS patient reports and yearly OASAS Workscope reports.
Monitors productivity reports for clinical staff. In conjunction with Practice Manager and the Department of Psychiatry's billing manager, monitors accuracy of all APS billing activities.
Ensures compliance with applicable OASAS regulations and certification, including provision of services, content of services, documentation content and timeliness, and development of new programming.
Oversees chart auditing, incident reporting procedures and program evaluation/Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement activities including incident reviews with Quality Assurance Administrator.
Ensures environmental safety of all patient care areas as well as staff working areas.
Provides oversight of office management activities.
Liaison (10%) - E
Represents service on various Department of Psychiatry Committees.
Represents APS to outside agencies, including county and other governmental agencies, the Region II consortium of chemical dependency treatment providers, other treatment providers, and regulatory agencies such as OASAS and the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Hospitals Organization (JCAHO) when applicable.
Supervises clinical supervisors and other senior clinical staff. Maintain communication with other health care professionals, in order to provide continuity of care for the patient.
Program Development (15%) - E
Develops and maintains written protocols for assigned service.
Leads efforts in new service development, including needs assessment, grant or proposal writing, interagency planning, community liaison, regulatory review, and new service implementation. Plays a leadership role in strategic planning for APS, involving the advancement of vision for the program within the Department of Psychiatry and within the community at large.

Directly supervises supervisory and senior clinical staff in APS. Responsible for overall supervision of all staff in assigned APS service. Monitors implementation of policies and procedures in assigned service.
Oversees clinical care meetings.
In collaboration with the Director, manages human resources functions in assigned service which includes recruiting, hiring and training of personnel. Develops and maintains functional job descriptions for positions. Ensures that job related competencies are developed and met by staff.
Makes hiring and termination recommendations to various disciplines regarding staff, and works with disciplines to provide evaluation of staff. These staff members may include Clinical Nurse Specialists, Senior Social Workers, Chemical Dependency Counselors, Psychologists, and Case Managers.

Remains available as consultant to assigned service's senior clinical staff as needed and to support clinical operations through direct care service as needed.
Subscribes to the Department's goal of creating a culturally competent environment by treating patients/families, trainees, research subjects and co-workers in a sensitive and caring manner with appropriate attention to cultural differences. Participates in available cultural competence events and trainings.
Requirements
Masters Degree in a human services discipline and New York State CASAC credentials required. Five+ years related clinical leadership, supervisory and administrative experience, including both chemical dependency experience and specific co-occuring disorder treatment experience.
