The Sr. Project Manager (Enterprise) is a highly skilled resource with demonstrated experience managing large multi-million dollar projects with multiple workstreams and several dedicated delivery teams with resources up to 20 people. This person must be able to effectively communicate at high executive levels within large enterprise organizations. The Sr. Project Manager is the customer point of contact for coordination of enterprise Microsoft system implementations, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365, O365, Data/AI, Sharepoint, etc. Sr. PMs at Avtex are often assigned projects that are most critical to the future success of Avtex (either in complexity, potential business, market segment, etc.). The Sr. PM is responsible for executive stakeholder management, enterprise project planning, project management, resource management and change management. In this role, success is being able to manage enterprise projects with differing technical solutions while providing exceptional customer experience to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise Microsoft implementation projects consisting of 15+ members and project budgets from $2M to $6M+
- Whiteboard and discuss the PMO Implementation Methodology at a high level, diligently follow the process when performing project management tasks, and provide clear and constructive feedback for continuous improvement in the Implementation Methodology to the PMO
- Work closely with the Microsoft "fast track" team on strategy and collaboration items
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with customers and deliver exceptional customer experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client for all project-related activities
- Create and manage a formal project plan, including SOW, timeline, risk management, communication plan, change management, training plan and resource plan
- Manage the execution of all components of approved project plan, including risk assessments, project deliverables and timeline, vendor coordination, test plans, budget control and project cost, progress on scope, documentation, etc.
- When appropriate, collaborate with clients to develop design specifications, business needs, and other factors that impact operational requirements and the end customer experience
- Maintain internal system updates, including project status, SharePoint documentation, resource plans, financial updates for billing, time submittals, and expense reports
- Active participation in bi-monthly PMO team meetings and solution specific review sessions
- Maintain a target employee utilization goal
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience deploying enterprise IT projects in a customer facing environment
- Prior experience managing project deployments of Microsoft solutions required
- PMP (or active plan to achieve PMP certification) preferred
- Experience in healthcare vertical (payer or provider environments) preferred
SCRUM Master certification preferred - Attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology
- Self-directed, consistent and reliable with effective time management skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, written & verbal communication skills
- Travel up to 50% nationally required

As the Associate Project Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to advance your career and expertise by sharing responsibility with the Project Manager or Project Director for overall delivery and milestone achievement of full service projects, ensuring successful cross functional management and oversight of the project team, including Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Biometrics, and Medical Affairs/Safety. You also may have the opportunity to be solely responsible for projects which are limited in size or scope. In this role, you will also manage the customer-focused relationship from study award through closure by achieving on-time, on-budget, high quality results throughout the life-cycle of the project.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the liaison between Premier Research and the customer for their study or specific portion of the study.
- Develop project plans for all phases of the project lifecycle, including quality, risk management and proactive contingency plans, ensuring that issue escalation and resolution is clear; monitor the quality of project deliverables and addresses quality issues with the appropriate team members
- Chair project team meetings or teleconferences
- Manage the project team to ensure study is progressing in accordance with client and Premier Research requirements; facilitate communication across the project team and departments; maintain and evaluate study progress, using company tracking systems, project timelines, and budget reviews; provides project progress reports including team performance against contract, customer expectations, and project baselines
- Facilitate team training in accordance with protocol or project requirements, including therapeutic, protocol specific, and process training
- Support resolution of project related conflicts with necessary corrective action and alert senior management to potential issues
- Continually review and make recommendations to ensure adequate resources are available to meet project deliverables and milestones
- Oversee project documentation, ensuring Trial Master Files are completed by the functional groups and audit ready; supports study audits and responds to audit reports
You'll Need This Background To Be Considered
- Undergraduate degree in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field along with 4 years relevant experience in a pharmaceutical company/medical device company/CRO including trial management support or equivalent or a combination of experience and education
- Budget/finance experience on a project level
- Good therapeutic and protocol knowledge
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations as well as working knowledge of FDA Guidance Documents/EU Directives/ISO14155 regulations, drug/device development, and clinical monitoring procedures
- Is customer service focused in approach to work, both internally and externally with strong verbal and written communication skills; approaches challenges creatively
- Highly confident and effective presenter with knowledge of web-based communication tools; excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service focus

The SailPoint Revenue Enablement team engages weekly with our go-to-market teams to guide them on how to best position SailPoint with customers. To help elevate the field and Partner experience and understand the impact we’re making, we are seeking a Revenue Enablement Program Manager that will be responsible for leading the execution of key project work-streams across enablement initiatives. This role will help accelerate and amplify the impact of Worldwide Revenue and Partner Enablement programs, by designing, and executing project milestones to compel action with the project teams, measure and improve the effectiveness of Revenue Enablement programs to enhance overall revenue performance.
As the steward of program management for revenue, you will work closely with both the Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement and the Sr. Director of Partner Enablement to implement defined strategies designed to optimize how we better leverage learning technologies and platforms to deliver, measure and track the field and partner consumption behaviors. We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the passion for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a jack of all trades when it comes to enablement and isn't afraid to take risks and think outside the box to come up with creative ways to how we approach a project or initiative.
Responsibilities
- The program manager must have strong practical experience in project management, which was gained through managing large and complex projects.
- Develop and maintain key Revenue Enablement programs. This includes identifying resource needs, managing project schedules, and reporting on program effectiveness.
- This could include managing tasks for onboarding logistics, coaching, continuing education, content curation, new tool rollouts, and communications.
- Act as a conduit to the Instructional Design team for driving curriculum development for use in a variety of mediums (i.e. classroom, virtual, eLearning, coaching, reference, on the job support, etc.) to improve the way we support our teams.
- Support product launches by working with product management to stay on top of enabling on quarterly messaging, positioning, and product training.
- Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques.
- Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program.
- Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
- Experience understanding and leveraging data to influence and drive decisions.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage preconstruction and construction efforts including activities of the owner, design team, subcontractors, and project team
- Perform overall site and building analysis, detailed plan review for constructability, serviceability, project delivery, and site logistics
- Prepare construction schedule with project team, incorporating steps to monitor delivery dates, submittal approvals, fabrication dates, etc
- Develop and maintain the relationship with the owner while ensuring all requirements of client contract are being met
- Prepare a detailed job logistics plan with the Director of Field Operations, Project
- Superintendent, and Vice President of Operations

Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution of work for assigned construction projects. May be assigned responsibility for one or more projects at a time. Maximizes project profitability and promote the Layton objectives and goals. Achieves quality and safety standards and meets owner expectations.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists in the preparation of estimates for the project.
- Prepares project budgets and unit cost reports.
- Leads the project team in preparing the project management plan (PMP).
- Participates in value engineering services as appropriate.
- Organizes and conducts pre-award and pre-construction meetings.
- Participates in the negotiation and preparation of project subcontracts.
- Participates in obtaining permits and resolving other regulatory requirements as necessary.
- Prepares a project schedule and develops milestones necessary to successfully complete the project in concert with the project superintendent.
- Obtains plans and specifications and determines their completeness and consistency.
- Assists business development personnel as requested.
- Plans the successful execution of the construction contract.
- Manages project materials and equipment procurement within the project's budget constraints and consistent with the project delivery schedule.
- Develops and monitors project quality, safety, and risk management plans.
- Monitors the project site for cost, safety, quality, and schedule performance with the project superintendent.
- Evaluates the schedule as necessary to meet milestones and financial goals.
- Negotiates owner and subcontractor change orders and manages the resulting cost and profit impact.
- Develops the monthly client pay requests and follows up on collection.
- Controls the payment of job costs based on document review and approval.
- Coordinates with the job cost accountant for payments and lien releases.
- Participates in monthly job cost reviews to declare project status.
- Attends and documents owner and other coordination meetings.
- Coordinates all final close out procedures for the project including as-built drawings, close out, letter of substantial completion, and letter of recommendation.
- Interacts with Estimating to provide project cost information for the estimating database.
- Directs organization and preparation of all project documents for storage.
- Participates in PM training.
- Interacts with all company departments to ensure company policy and procedures are carried out and corporate objectives achieved.
- Uses tact to maintain relationships with vendors, owners, architects, community and state officials and the general public.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field, or the equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of four or more years project management experience.
- Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Has an in-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes.
- Understands estimating concepts to the level required to verify bids, understand market rates, and to process change orders, etc.
- Understands contractual language and concepts and how to protect the company while providing quality service to the client.
- Has a working knowledge of construction laws and practices.
- Understands building codes and other design requirements to the extent necessary for the project.
- Reads and understands plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Has high standards of ethical conduct regarding organizational policies.
- Knows how to use effective interpersonal communication skills such as sensitivity and discernment.
- Effective working as a team member to achieve organizational and customer goals.
- Skilled at making verbal presentations. Demonstrates poise and mastery of language.
- Uses proper grammar and syntax when writing.
- Knows how to delegate. Uses subordinates effectively.
- Can discern customer needs. Determines which needs can reasonably be met, then follows through.
- Knows how to present a professional demeanor in dress and speech. Makes a positive impression on customers.
- Has strong negotiation skills.
- Knows how to analyze data and use the analysis to solve problems.

- Knows how to operate office equipment, such as computer, printer, phone, copier, fax, etc.
- Professional affiliation (e.g., AGC member) and professional credentials (e.g.,
- Professional Engineer (PE)) preferred.
- Community service participation preferred.
- Ability to speak basic Spanish commands, questions, and instructions regarding construction preferred.
