We’re growing fast here at Auth0 and are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to focus on the priorities and delivery efforts of our Data and Analytics team and to be the go-to voice for Privacy within Product Delivery. We rely on data and analytics to improve our products, make business and technology decisions, and optimize our internal ways of working. This role will support the enablement and adoption of the data platform and analytics assets across Auth0, implement compliance initiatives and projects, and operationalize our approach to data and privacy. Reporting to the Director of Program Management, we’re looking for someone with a passion for technology and data who thrives in a fast paced environment.

What will you be doing?

    • Define and manage strategic Data and Analytics program plans, inclusive of gathering requirements, defining key milestones and success criteria, anticipating and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring successful delivery of program objectives.
    • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish and manage data governance processes that ensure access to high quality data for all business units, including (but not limited to) teams in Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
    • Communicate schedules, priorities, risks, and status to all levels in the company.
    • Support the UAT process for data assets, work with business to develop enablement plans and drive adoption of data and analytics deliverables.
    • Ensure safe and secure data handling in partnership with key Privacy and Security leaders.
    • Lead comprehensive data services and product improvement projects, derived from feedback from customers and partners as well as internal stakeholders.
    • Support Product and Engineering teams to incorporate privacy-by-design principles into Auth0 products; help identify features or functionality to help Auth0 customers effectively manage their own privacy/compliance requirements.

Might Be a Good Fit If You

    • 5+ years’ experience in technical Program/Project Management managing consumer-facing software programs and/or embedded systems.
    • Experience building, adapting, and managing highly effective program management tools and processes in a startup environment.
    • Experience translating business outcomes into technical requirements (and vice versa) and facilitating alignment between technical and non-technical teams.
    • A passion for enabling teams to adopt, manage, and optimize data and analytics assets.
    • Ability to balance detailed record-keeping and organizational needs within a fast-paced, action-oriented technical delivery environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, especially remote.

Bonus Points For

    • Experience with the development of BI dashboards in Tableau or Looker.
    • Familiarity and/or previous experience with distributed data systems and SQL.
    • Experience with statistical inference and associated toolsets.
    • Endless curiosity; an interest in exploring datasets in pursuit of a question or hypothesis.
    • Solid product-sense with the ability to understand data architecture and design.
    • Relevant privacy experience, especially in a Product and/or Engineering context

In this critical Technical Program Manager role you will join our fast-growing team as a facilitator for successful and predictable delivery of key product initiatives. The Role

The Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers and Junior Project Managers to ensure translation projects are delivered according to IQVIA’s standards and client requirements. Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the assessment of client’s expectations or specifications and advise on best practices when appropriate to ensure content effectiveness and client satisfaction
  • Maintain excellent relationships with internal/external clients and manage any escalations or issues that may arise

  • Monitor and control projects status and progress within his team
  • Control budget of projects and ensure all work is completed within assigned budget

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Team Lead in the Language Services industry
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in a linguistic, business or scientific field OR at least 5 years of experience
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English is essential, an additional language would be a strong asset
  • Degree in Linguistics, Translation or Localisation related subject would be preferred but is not essential
  • Permanent attention to project management effectiveness whilst maintaining high quality standards
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities and changing demands

Job Overview

Project Management Analysts (PMA) are an integral part of clinical trial delivery, liaising with project teams to improve patients’ lives by bringing studies to the market faster. The PMA works in close partnership with the Project Leader (PL)/Clinical Project Manager (CPM) driving project management activities to mitigate risk, control cost, manage project schedule, and ensure customer satisfaction related to assigned project/s.

Essential Functions

  • Establish and manage performance dashboards, analyze event triggers/alerts and determine appropriate follow up for Project Leader (PL) or other function(s) to act upon.
  • Coordinate project schedule and ensure timely updates of all key milestone and partner with PL on related calls.
  • Coordinate and support the risk and issue management process.
  • Manage all aspects of the Project Finances including Estimate at Completion (EAC), monthly expenses, invoices and reconciliation.
  • Demonstrate compliance with the Vendor and Purchase Order (PO) Management process.
  • Implement and maintain baseline and change control processes.
  • Ensure PL has timely and accurate data on areas including cost, schedule, scope, utilization, change orders and quality to support better decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relevant sections of Project Management Plans.
  • Review and support project resource allocation within project budgeted for assigned portfolio/ projects.
  • Prepare correspondence, including meeting minutes, for project team and/or customer.
  • Organize and partner with PL in managing internal project team and customer meetings.
  • Prepare project status reports and presentation materials for internal project team and customer meetings.
  • Manage and coordinate core file reviews and support audits as needed. Drive e Trial
  • Master File (eTMF) filing compliance focusing on completeness, timeliness and quality.
  • Manage project specific eTraining and oversee compliance.
  • Coordinate and support onboarding of new Key Project Team Members and system access.
  • Monitor project metrics and make required updates in IQVIA systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting is available to senior management.
  • Participate in regional initiatives to support Project Management Analyst (PMA) community and aid personal development.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a related position or related duties, ideally at multicultural/international companies.

Analytical/financial skills or relevant Project Management experience.

  • Advanced command of English.
  • University degree or advanced studies strongly valued.
  • Communication - strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language.

  • Solid experience in Agile Project Methodology implementation and management routines;
  • Experience in consultancy, preferable in international programs.
  • Proven experience in participating and leading complex Financial Services projects.
  • Related to Financial Services projects: strong skills in solution definition, proposal preparation, client interaction, project leadership, execution control.
  • Good communication skills, ability to lead and collaborate with teams
  • Deep knowledge of key clouds: Telco, sales, services, marketing, communities
