We’re growing fast here at Auth0 and are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to focus on the priorities and delivery efforts of our Data and Analytics team and to be the go-to voice for Privacy within Product Delivery. We rely on data and analytics to improve our products, make business and technology decisions, and optimize our internal ways of working. This role will support the enablement and adoption of the data platform and analytics assets across Auth0, implement compliance initiatives and projects, and operationalize our approach to data and privacy. Reporting to the Director of Program Management, we’re looking for someone with a passion for technology and data who thrives in a fast paced environment.
What will you be doing?
- Define and manage strategic Data and Analytics program plans, inclusive of gathering requirements, defining key milestones and success criteria, anticipating and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring successful delivery of program objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to establish and manage data governance processes that ensure access to high quality data for all business units, including (but not limited to) teams in Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- Communicate schedules, priorities, risks, and status to all levels in the company.
- Support the UAT process for data assets, work with business to develop enablement plans and drive adoption of data and analytics deliverables.
- Ensure safe and secure data handling in partnership with key Privacy and Security leaders.
- Lead comprehensive data services and product improvement projects, derived from feedback from customers and partners as well as internal stakeholders.
- Support Product and Engineering teams to incorporate privacy-by-design principles into Auth0 products; help identify features or functionality to help Auth0 customers effectively manage their own privacy/compliance requirements.
Might Be a Good Fit If You
- 5+ years’ experience in technical Program/Project Management managing consumer-facing software programs and/or embedded systems.
- Experience building, adapting, and managing highly effective program management tools and processes in a startup environment.
- Experience translating business outcomes into technical requirements (and vice versa) and facilitating alignment between technical and non-technical teams.
- A passion for enabling teams to adopt, manage, and optimize data and analytics assets.
- Ability to balance detailed record-keeping and organizational needs within a fast-paced, action-oriented technical delivery environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, especially remote.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with the development of BI dashboards in Tableau or Looker.
- Familiarity and/or previous experience with distributed data systems and SQL.
- Experience with statistical inference and associated toolsets.
- Endless curiosity; an interest in exploring datasets in pursuit of a question or hypothesis.

The Role
The Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Project Managers and Junior Project Managers to ensure translation projects are delivered according to IQVIA’s standards and client requirements. He/she builds and maintains strong relationships within the team as well as with internal and external stakeholders and clients. He/she ensures that all projects in his/her portfolio are delivered on time and budget and recommends synergies, improvements and experiments as needed. The Team Lead also shares best practices and findings within their hub and with other hubs. He/she provides the Operations Director with hub effectiveness metrics according to agreed KPIs and frequencies.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Lead the distribution and allocation of translation projects according to requirements and available resources
- Create and maintain a portfolio of translation projects based on criteria such as client, specialty or target language(s)
- Manage the assessment of client’s expectations or specifications and advise on best practices when appropriate to ensure content effectiveness and client satisfaction
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal/external clients and manage any escalations or issues that may arise
- Help the Operations Director with the selection, recruitment and evaluation of Senior
- Project Managers, Project Managers and Junior Project Managers
- Monitor and control projects status and progress within his team
- Control budget of projects and ensure all work is completed within assigned budget
- Comply with relevant and applicable IQVIA procedures
- Work with Senior Project Managers to help in the training and development of junior staff.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Team Lead in the Language Services industry
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a linguistic, business or scientific field OR at least 5 years of experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential, an additional language would be a strong asset
- Degree in Linguistics, Translation or Localisation related subject would be preferred but is not essential
- Permanent attention to project management effectiveness whilst maintaining high quality standards
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage competing priorities and changing demands
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills including the collection, management and presentation of data
- Ability to follow instructions/guidelines, work independently and on own initiative
- Demonstration of very good IT skills
- Experience working with XTRF and/or memoQ as well as with any TMS would be highly advantageous
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the hub as well as with clients with demonstrated cultural and emotional intelligence
- Ability to foster personal and professional development of team members as well as contribute to succession planning when needed

En esta oportunidad estamos buscando un/a Analista funcional Sr para sumarse a un importante grupo de salud.
Buscamos Que Cuentes Con Las Siguientes Aptitudes Excluyentes
- Profesional de Ingenieria/Licenciatura en sistemas, Ciencias de la computacion o afines
- Conocimientos avanzados de UML, SQL / PLSQL, Datawarehousing, Orientación de Objetos, Herramientas automáticas para soporte de procesos de testing, Herramientas Office / Project, herramientas intermedias de liderazgo
- Mínimo de 1 año preferentemente en empresas de salud
Principales Responsabilidades
- Relevar y gestionar las necesidades funcionales del cliente en la elaboración y ejecución del proyecto, cumpliendo con los estándares y la documentación requerida por las normas de calidad de la empresa para asegurar que especificación de desarrollo satisfaga los requerimientos
- Determinar la viabilidad de adaptación del sistema de acuerdo con las características del negocio del cliente para asegurar que los programas respondan a la especificación y a los estándares de programación
- Actualizar información sobre nuevas tecnologías y productos para detectar la necesidad de nuevos sistemas o proponer mejoras
- Guiar al usuario en la elaboración de los casos de prueba, y elección de la forma en que se visualizarán los resultados esperados por la modificación para obtener compromiso de los usuarios involucrados.
- Verificar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos desde el punto de vista del usuario para Validar/Obtener la aprobación de las definiciones del usuario.
- Generar y mantener documentación sobre los circuitos operativos, sistemas que permitan su análisis y mejoramiento para Implementar soluciones junto a el equipo de desarrollo
