COVID Site Project Manager
position available for you! This position will be a permanent placement! I have provided the job description below. This position will start as soon as possible and we are looking for someone who can have a quick turnaround! This will be located in beautiful Phoenix, AZ!

PAY: $75K

SHIFT: Must be flexible. Must be able to work weekends. Must be able to travel.

Job Description

To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversee the setup, execution and take down of multiple sample collection sites within the same geographical area
  • Oversee site safety, security, and overall operations of the collection sites.
  • Devise and implement site policies and procedures as required and in accordance with local and federal laws
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all collection site staff, Genetworx Supply Chain team and Genetworx Site Logistics team
  • Be the on-the-ground contact for client communications and logistics teams
  • Inspect supplies, inventories and coordinate with Genetworx supply chain on the maintenance of equipment if required
  • Ensure all safety standards are up to local and state standards for collection site (eg – Social distancing measures, fire safety)
  • Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; Help prepare and maintain procedures.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
  • Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires
  • Set goals for average collection time per individual oversee site to meet goals
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, including digital record entry
  • Ensure compliance with company or government regulations; ensure compliance with contracted service level agreements (SLAs);

Qualifications

  • 2-year associate’s degree in a life sciences or related field
  • 3 years of prior experience in managing logistics of indoor and outdoor events with safety standards
  • Prior experience in implementing safety protocols and procedures on an event site
  • Prior experience managing projects with on-site events
  • Comfortable with handling and trouble-shooting technology in site, with assistance from remote IT Support technician
  • Confident with client relationships as it pertains to on site set up and logistics
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong project management and organization abilities
  • Confidence to thrive under pressure
  • Professional demeanor and attitude
  • Must have access to a vehicle.
  • Nice to have: CPR and First Aid Certification

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage preconstruction and construction efforts including activities of the owner, design team, subcontractors, and project team
  • Perform overall site and building analysis, detailed plan review for constructability, serviceability, project delivery, and site logistics
  • Prepare construction schedule with project team, incorporating steps to monitor delivery dates, submittal approvals, fabrication dates, etc
  • Develop and maintain the relationship with the owner while ensuring all requirements of client contract are being met
  • Prepare a detailed job logistics plan with the Director of Field Operations, Project Superintendent, and Vice President of Operations

Primary Purpose:

Responsible for planning and implementation of strategic initiatives, system enhancements, integration and conversion projects within National General Lender Series. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, deliverables, project plans, tasks and resource requirements.   • Coordinate project management activities for large size projects

  • Develop and implement project management standards

The US Competitive Strategy and Investments team is the center of excellence for Compete related activities across the sub. The team is focused on making sure that our sellers and business leaders are best equipped to position ourselves with customers both against top specific competitors in the market and as the best version of Microsoft regardless of competitor. In addition, we create and drive the competitive culture across the sub which takes on many faces. This role reports to the US Compete Lead who is manager of the Compete team and thus is responsible for leading, creating, and orchestrating competitive materials, functions, investments and processes across all business groups locally. Given the breadth of the role and the amount of resources that the US Sub has, a major focus for the organization is coordination and influence across existing functions to Compete as “One Microsoft”. This particular role is focused on driving Compete and Investment processes which enable us to create motions around competing and investing effectively. Cross organizational influence will be a key lever for this role to deliver upon.

Role

In practice, this means the Business Program Manager (BPM) assists the Compete Lead in executing the role in the following areas

  • Will be a strategic advisor to the US Compete Lead; This person will be key to mapping out the delivery plan of all Compete related functions and managing how they tie together holistically as well as driving effective operation
  • Design and Implement Processes which connect various existing teams and work streams to create a streamlined motion allowing competitive investment planning and compete information to flow smoothly to sellers and business leaders; The person will be responsible for driving tight alignment with sales leaders to proactively find investment opportunities in key market areas and drive execution in that process.
  • Works with Finance, BSO and our AWR operations team to create effective dashboards and tracking/report out processes for progress in key areas.
  • Ensures quality plans in place to drive growth; Takes action based on insights from execution; Strives for excellence in project and process based work, simplifying processes without compromising outcomes
  • Provides increased transparency and integration across all groups The BPM is a senior business partner that leads key decisions across the business as well as internal marketing planning and governance; As part of the marketing this person will engage with our change management teams to make sure that we have tighter integration with the field sellers in delivering content, events, messages and process availability awareness to field sellers and leaders.

Investment Execution

  • Work with the Compete teams, Finance and BG/sales leaders to continuously monitor top competitive areas of opportunity to invest against at scale driving the most effective share of growth gains for the company; additionally, take a double click down to create actionable plans to address these major areas of opportunity
  • Regularly review and monitor performance against plan to refine course of action; work with sales leads to drive investment rigor and make sure investments are being effectively delivered in market
  • Provide data-driven insights about investment execution, based on standard reporting, to help address performance blockers or where investment may be misplaced

Compete Culture

  • Work with the WW and US Sub Compete teams as well as NSO and ATL to deliver a scalable route of delivery for competitive insights to field sellers
  • Create an “Industry War Room” framework to deliver competitive insights, peer to peer coaching, and investment delivery options from an industry perspective
  • Work with the Compete team to land delivery of US “Compete Week” on a quarterly basis

Productivity Improvement

  • Work closely with the AWR 2.0 lead to help coordinate AWR 2.0 operations and ultimately drive field seller effectiveness through this compete and investment umbrella framework
  • Drive continuous improvements in reporting and BI
  • Continuously look at compete and investment processes for areas of efficiency and process improvement

Deliverables/ Scope

  • Responsible for Return Operations of Amazon fulfilled items for various Amazon Fulfillment Centers.
  • Responsible for project support on implementation of return re-inbound processes in return nodes.
  • Work with product and technology teams to develop user configurations, and be a visionary leader for the use of technology in improving return customer experience.
  • Own and develop KPI’s/metrics/goals to measure reverse recovery quality and compliance.
  • Prepare reports, specifications, technical analysis to fully define the design requirements, equipment and services required
  • Provide direction within internal product and technology teams to adjust system interfaces, APIs and services.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Five or more years’ experience leading large scale, cross-functional, new initiatives or continuous improvement programs in operations or technology.
  • Experience in a product, program, and/or project management role creating a roadmap, collecting requirements, prototyping, testing, launching and operationalizing new major products or services.
  • Experience with business analysis, measuring the success of a complex business process, and proposing new business opportunities based on data.

  • Strong detail-orientation with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and motivate project team members to achieve goals.
  • Experience developing and communicating goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels, and facets of an organization.
  • Extremely strong oral and written communication skills
  • High proficiency user of Microsoft Office products like Excel and Word and demonstrated experience using data visualization software and SQL.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in supply chain, engineering (any field), operations, business administration, or a related field, plus at least five years of progressively responsible experience in the specialty.
  • Experience with reverse logistics.
  • Independent and flexible, with high-motivation to delight the customer.
  • Experience with iterative development and Scrum and/or Agile methodology.

Title:  Senior Project Manager 

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Job Description: 

Our client is a Commercial Mechanical Contractor. Their teams travel around the US and manage/install large HVAC systems on a large scale.

They are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager in Phoenix, Arizona. This person will work across large, Commercial-based projects with budgets above $5 million. 

Experience & Skills: 

The ideal candidate possesses the following: 

  • 10+ years as a PM or Senior PM in the HVAC/MEP space
  • Managing projects from start to finish
  • Business Development/Client retention
  • Manage profit/loss - Cost analysis - Precon experience
  • Work with the Superintendent to set up schedules
  • Buyout/Procurement
  • Negotiate and facilitate change orders  

Benefits: 

Our client is offering a great compensation package for this role including

  • Starting salary of $120,000 - $130,000, depending on experience
  • Full Benefits
  • 2-3 weeks PTO, depending on experience 
  • Bonus based on Performance
