Project Manager, St. Paul, MN (Remote Position, open to candidates anywhere in the US so long as they are willing to work the standard business hours for central time. Kelly Services is seeking a Project Manager must have strong experience documenting requirements. Responsible for delivering complex, enterprise-level projects and programs, ensuring business needs are fully met and project objectives are aligned with strategic business objectives. (W2) Project Description This person will coordinate with HMHS to implement the work so that EOBs are issued in advance of services thus requiring strong change management experience. Must have a very clear understanding of what the company and HMHS need to do to do to accomplish these two new national CMS mandated legislation. Transparency of Coverage (TOC) and Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA) implementation working with internal teams in a matrixed organization and external vendor partners to complete mandate requirements in a very tight timeframe. This project manager will work closely with Customer Experience (CX) business owner and product owner. CX team is a fast-paced agile team with a high-performing culture. We're looking for a project manager that is highly independent, has strong drive for results, ability to work in dual agile and waterfall environment with excellent communication and risk management skills with healthcare experience and provider relationscontracting experience preferred. Job Responsibilities Ensure that the objectives and priorities of the project are aligned with the company's strategic direction. Directs the activities of individuals representing multiple business areas to achieve results in a matrix-ed organizational structure, managing across the organization to achieve project objectives. Leads full delivery life cycle to ensure that the Program andor project has sufficient planning, governance, resource management, financial stewardship, change management and risk mitigation structures in place. Creates compelling, succinct presentations and executive summaries, as well as presents to a broad range of audiences, including senior leaders and the executive team. Partners with vendors as needed to integrate vendor solutions into enterprise projects. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree and a 7 years' experience leading large, complex initiatives with increasing responsibilities in project management or continuous improvement or 11 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree. Demonstrated track record of achievement with ability to identify and exceed customer expectations. Excellent continuous quality improvement andor project management skills. Must have a high level of intellectual curiosity and openness to change. Strong conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation skills, capable of adapting the approach as needed. Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills. Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills, able to anticipate, identify and eliminate problems. Proven ability to collect and analyze feedback and data and transform findings into project-level strategies. Demonstrated ability to work independently with little to no direction and make decisions as needed. Strong experience with the MS Office suite.
