Job Requirements:Required skills

  • Very strong Graduate level degree in Computer Science/or another engineering discipline from top tier schools
  • Relevant experience of 8-12 years on live industry projects at the enterprise level
  • Extremely strong in Python Programming, Tensor flow, Sci-kit learns, Keras, Theano, and other relevant Python Libraries for AI & Machine Learning (Scikit learn, NLTK, Scipy, etc.). The scale of 8/9 on 10.
  • Strong ability to manipulate data using Pandas/Numpy and other python libraries,
  • Should be able to support all data munging and cleansing activities as part of guiding and leading an AI-platform implementation team
  • Experience in working in Agile methodology in a very high-performance coding environment with a high level of automation. Handle on CI-CD patterns of delivery and enterprise solution that uses Microservices, API’s and Docker containers
  • Strong hands-on skills in relational databases. Ability to write SQL like queries to create new joins or data frames with a goal of framing the right business questions for the AI platform development team
  • Ability to whiteboard with clients all types of possible solutions end-to-end (front end- API’s and Back end).
  • Good handle on concepts of enterprise application architecture, solution architecture and enterprise architecture

Responsibilities

Our San Francisco office is currently seeking candidates for the positing of Project Manager in the Product and Innovation team to carry out the development and delivery of high performance component buildings.

Position Summary

The Project Manager will be a core member Project Frog’s Product and Innovation team (P&I) consisting of architects, structural engineers, virtual design & construction managers, and software engineers. This individual will be responsible for efficient, scalable, and high quality project execution across the Project Frog suite of products. The Project Manager will carry projects through all phases while working closely Project Frog’s internal, supply chain, and implementation teams, as well as external consultants.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing projects, through all phases. Includes production, project budgets, project schedules, quality assurance, permitting, and construction administration.
  • Work closely and coordinate with Architect of Record and external consultant teams (Structural, MEP).
  • Create, communicate, and meet project schedules and milestones.
  • Provide QA/QC to documents and overall process for continuous improvement and streamlining.
  • Drive in-depth + sophisticated BIM models/drawings integrating Project Frog building components and Structural + MEP integration. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and component manufacturers.
  • Review fabricator/manufacturer/vendor shop drawing submittals for both architectural and structural building systems.
  • Provide Construction Documents and Construction Administration services for architectural and structural building systems.
  • Manage customizations of Project Frog architectural and structural building components while coordinating with internal Supply Chain, Construction, and Pre-Construction teams.
  • Coordinate with Architectural, Structural Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction and Pre
  • Construction teams to identify and implement end-to-end process and design efficiencies.

Specific Skills and Experience Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in architectural and/or structural engineering practice with management experience in all phases of projects (SD, DD, CD, CA)
  • Experience managing external consultants (SE, MEP).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a myriad of incoming tasks, decisions and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of pre-fabricated architectural and structural systems desirable
  • Knowledge of US building codes, and construction methods
  • Ability to analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action
  • Superior communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Must have initiative required to identify, take ownership of, and solve problems with minimal supervision
  • Ability to adapt design and management mindset to the evolving needs of Industrialized
  • Construction practices
  • Experience with Revit required; proficiency in Dynamo desired
  • Accredited degree in architecture or structural engineering required
  • PE or SE not required but a plus

Position Purpose:

  • Provides biomarker operational expertise and guidance to one or more cross-functional global Study Management Teams (SMTs)
  • Ensures the timely and efficient delivery of all biomarker operational aspects of one or more studies through all phases (phase 1b-IV) supported by PD and stages (start-up, conduct and close-down), in accordance with the appropriate quality standards including ICH/GCP and applicable regulations.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Provides biomarker operational expertise and guidance to global Study Management Teams (SMTs)
  • Accountable for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all operational activities required to manage the lifecycle of biomarker samples (including companion diagnostic samples) * (collection, processing, analysis, data delivery process and final sample disposition) .
  • Responsible for collaborating closely with biomarker scientists and Biomarker
  • Operations Program Leaders (BOPLs) to execute biomarker operational strategies, serving as a single point of contact for biomarker operations on multiple SMTs, and with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with SMT members, with particular

focus on the operational team, diagnostic partners, external CRO & Central Lab (for outsourced teams), and external biomarker vendors, where applicable

  • Builds and maintains effective and efficient high performing biomarker sample* analysis & data delivery . Supports relevant stakeholders in their accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables to drive decisions on timelines
  • Responsible for the identification and selection of biomarker vendors in collaboration with the BOPL, biomarker scientist, GPPS and diagnostics/CDx managers; ensuring appropriate cross-functional input is incorporated into the scope of work
  • Ensure collection, delivery and analysis of biosamples under the highest standards of quality, ethics, and informed consent at study level
  • Manages the development and oversight of the biomarker analysis timelines, budget, risk and quality plans,
  • Ensures biomarker operational tracking and project management tools are utilized to meet the needs of the operations team and ensures reporting to the Biomarker
  • Operations Program Leader (BOPL).
  • Supports the development of the biomarker analysis budget and manages it on a study level. Communicates variances in the budget to the BOPL or GSM as appropriate.
  • Establishes biomarker sample analysis and data delivery milestones and ensures accurate tracking and reporting of Biomarker sample* metrics.
  • Provides study level updates to stakeholders (BTALs & BOPLs), clinical study teams and biomarker teams including sample collection, assay status and analysis updates
  • Provides clinical biomarker operations expertise to ensure operational feasibility and delivery
  • Responsible for assessing feasibility for biomarker operations plans on clinical studies across related functions
  • Leads the development and finalization of the Biomarker Management Plan (BMP) based on input from scientific and operational stakeholders to execute biomarker operational strategies
  • Provides operational input and recommendations into all study related documentation (including protocol, informed consent form, and amendments) and processes.
  • Attends operations team meetings and investigator meetings, monitor training, CRO kick-off meetings, as applicable, to deliver presentations and in-depth trainings to internal and external stakeholders on biomarker and companion diagnostic sample collection and handling procedures
  • Provides responses to biomarker sample* related questions or issues from Health Authorities.
  • Provides biomarker* operational input into the development of protocol feasibility questionnaires to ensure sites can meet sample-handling needs for the study
  • Provides input into the development of SMT goals.
  • Delivers the operational elements of the biomarker management plan
  • Proactively manages biomarker sample analysis and data delivery timelines and communicates any variances to the SMT, BOPL and biomarker scientists and implements contingencies in consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to maintain oversight of biomarker vendor performance, issues, their resolution and coordinates any corrective action in collaboration with GPPS.
  • Actively partners with Data Acquisition Specialists and Data Management to oversee and coordinate biomarker data format and delivery timelines
  • Provides the day-to-day operational management of biomarker vendors to ensure delivery against contracted scope of work
  • Partners with internal/external stakeholders in the central lab set up, providing sample collection and processing instructions, kit contents, shipping conditions and logistics for biomarker samples
  • Performs ongoing biomarker vendor management including development and oversight of scope of work, budgets (invoice review & reconciliation) and performance management
  • Serves as primary point of contact for laboratories performing biomarker analysis and hence supports the biomarker outsourcing process through effective vendor management
  • Identifies areas of best practice and process improvements
  • Participates in Product Development Global Operations initiatives and programs as assigned
  • May lead or be a representative on functional groups goals, initiatives and work-streams
  • Ensures study adherence to ICH/GCP and SOPs

*in some cases may also be applicable to bioanalytical samples in partnership with the bioanalytical managers

Technical Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Life sciences degree (Bachelor or Masters) in Scientific, Medical or Healthcare subject area required. Further qualification, e.g. PhD and/or project management certification is desirable.
  • 3+ years related professional experience in a clinical research setting, clinical/diagnostic laboratory, or pharmaceutical/biotechnology R&D environment

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Extensive clinical development experience with evidence of working in teams running clinical studies
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience or experience working as a clinical trial coordinator within a clinical trial setting is a plus

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage development of work scopes and mentor others on their creation
  • Develop front end documents for bidding based on project needs and requirements of owner contract.
  • Construction Project Manager will Receive/evaluate bids and conduct post-bid reviews as well as write subcontracts, both standard subcontract orders and more complex types such as professional services or design-assist
  • Initiate setup of a complex project schedule and creation of activities and logic, with no/little assistance on durations and schedule flow.
  • Project Manager will develop site logistics plans in conjunction with superintendent
  • Set up a multi-element cash flow and manpower projection analysis at varying stages of the project.
  • Prepare constructability reviews to determine completeness of documents.
  • Review estimates prepared by preconstruction group for potential scope holes
  • Initiate set up of jobsite, including mobilization of trailer and setup of jobsite staff
  • Establish and oversee the safety plan at the jobsite; set safety culture at jobsiteEnsure punchlist process is completed in a timely manner
  • Assist with management of labor relations with field personnel, including interactions with unions
  • Implement emergency crisis procedures and ensure staff is appropriately trained
  • Manage owner equipment coordination process
  • Facilitate Mechanical/Electrical overhead coordination or BIM processCost Management
  • Create and manage general conditions budget. Monitor and update projections on a monthly basisEstablish non-reimbursables based on interpretation of contract; work to minimize their usage
  • Set up trade budget structure and log into Procore budget entries of others and evaluate reports for accuracy.
  • Regularly monitor project costs and effectiveness of change management process. Oversee creation of cost items in procore and issuance to contractors.
  • PM to Assist with processing changes to owner agreement also support jobsite cash management, including monitoring of job profitability and timeliness of payment.

Position Summary

CTE is seeking a Consultant / Project Manager to directly support the organization and management of medium and heavy-duty electric vehicle projects. CTE's battery electric and fuel cell vehicle projects involve project management and technical consulting during proposal development, procurement, planning, construction, and vehicle design and manufacturing oversight tasks, as well as monitoring and reporting on project performance. Prior experience with zero-emission vehicles is not needed, but attention to detail and the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously are key.

Position Responsibilities

[CTE staff will continue to primarily work from home with little to no travel during the pandemic.]

  • Support a variety of projects as part of a consulting team.
  • Manage and lead effective teams of CTE staff, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules.
  • Develop and maintain organizational tools for tracking project timelines, budgets, issues, and key milestones.
  • Take initiative and responsibility for activities and staff on multiple projects.
  • Develop working relationships with remote clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills with customers.
  • Assist in vehicle performance and route modeling, utility rate modeling, electric vehicle feasibility planning, and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting through the collection and analysis of project data. Must be comfortable working with numbers and data analysis.
  • Develop progress reports that comply with federal, state, and local reporting requirements.
  • Lead business development and proposal writing activities.
  • Quickly learn about new technologies and their applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel 3-5 days per month. Some months will be more. (not required during pandemic)
  • Familiarity or experience with engineering and/or vehicle mechanics is a plus, but not a requirement for this position.
  • Familiarity or experience with electric utility and infrastructure projects is a plus, but not a requirement for this position.

Required Qualifications

Education: Four-year degree required. Master's degree is a bonus.

Experience: Several years of work experience demonstrating initiative and the ability to get things done.

  • Infrastructure initiatives for secure data exchange with third party systems and other city agencies.

The candidate will execute following tasks

  • Be a liaison between business, technology and administrative teams to procure and implement Enterprise Content Management Tool and similar other SI needs for DTR.
  • Lead and participate in product evaluations, procurement process, product customizationimplementation, delivery and support.
  • Perform vendor management during the procurement, implementation and transitioning process.
  • Act as a project manager, to plan, track and deliver the initiatives mentioned as part of above scope.
  • Identify and remove impediments to prevent distractions
  • Maintain and publish progress reports, risk registers and other key project status and metrics documents(e.g. velocity and burn-down)
  • Collaborate closely with the Stakeholders to facilitate feature integration between existing and new systems and release management across teams
  • Ensure project documentation are maintained, and communications are timely and effectively distributed
  • Cultivate robust and sustainable working relationships between business and technology teams to foster a cross-functional team environment
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Adhere to internal SDLC, review and governmental procurement and vendor engagement processes and standards Mandatory

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in programproject management, delivering multiple medium to large scale projects comprising of sub-projects and distinct deliverables
  • At least 2 years of Coding experience preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience coordinating andsupporting IT business processes.
  • Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Contract Manager bull Prior experience working on infrastructure and software projects
  • Prior experience working on product procurement through RFP process
  • Prior experience working on implementation of Enterprise Content Management tools
  • Strong technical background. bull Strong working knowledge of web development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic development environment with matrix reporting structure.
  • Strong facilitation skills.

Position Overview

The IT Project Manager/Business Analyst is accountable for the successful management of information technology projects with their procurement system called Agilysys Stratton Warren System (SWS). You will be integrating this system into an ERP for new and existing business. This includes enhancements to existing systems and applications and design and development of new systems. The position’s responsibilities include ensuring proper and timely control and dissemination of all necessary supporting documentation including budgets, project plans, and vendor information in a manner conducive to proper project implementation and successful completion. You will need to understand the needs of the business owners and translate them into technical specifications. This position will act as an interface to the business owners and technology departments, as well as implementing and supporting the integrations of this system. It requires proficiency with developing requirements documents, knowledge of the business and strong communication skills. The position requires the ability to actively engage, coordinate, and manage both clients, vendors, and Information Technology resources to ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements/Responsibilities

    • Plans, schedules, and drives for timely completion of IT projects.
    • Coordinates with vendors and monitors their progress.
    • Creates timeline and cost presentations for senior leadership.
    • Provides overall views of the Application portfolio, with project status, cost, and timelines.
    • Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations.
    • Facilitates technical and non-technical project meetings and decisions, records minutes, documents decisions, and drives timely closure of actions.
    • Serves as liaison between team members and management team requesting the project.
    • Leads the development, documentation, testing or modification of computer systems or programs, including prototypes.
    • Prepares and/or reviews documentation of computer systems and guides decisions about development and testing of these systems, including functional and technical requirements.
    • Establishes and maintains a strong working relationship with senior leadership and functional managers throughout business areas.
    • Creates and maintains project plans for key projects.
    • Work with project sponsor and stakeholders to complete project charters which outline scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget and timing.
    • Track and report on scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing.
    • Communicate with end user, project team and project sponsors/stake holders of project status.

Required Qualification Or Skills

  • 5+ years of experience managing Information Technology back office projects
  • Experience working closely with vendors to make sure projects are on time and on budget.
  • Working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methods
  • Experience in change management
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deal with a diverse range of people, which includes the upper levels of corporate management
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Expertise in Excel, MS Project, and Jira desirable.
  • Experience with Agilysys Stratton Warren System (SWS) is required
  • Experience with Infinium is highly desirable.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • PMI certification a plus

Project Description Aging network equipment in schools is tracked through a life cycle management planning. Equipment updates are effectively planned by tracking aged equipment and consistently applying network standards within schools. This life cycle program ensures optimal performance, efficient management and minimization of downtime. Ideally, resources and funding for a technology refresh program are continually addressed, so that classrooms are equipped with appropriate digital connectivity.

Position Description

  • Plans, directs, and guides the network infrastructure Classroom Connectivity project.
  • Creates and guides project plans with input from all stakeholders.
  • Surveys school buildings to gather requirements for integration, cabling work and network hardware to be integrated
  • Coordinates, directs and oversees installation of network infrastructure within school buildings.
  • Serves as point of contact to the Senior Project Manager of overall Classroom Connectivity project.
  • Coordinates external meetings with schools and vendors as it relates to the delivery of infrastructure technical deployment services.
  • Updates appropriate projects related documents.

Mandatory Qualifications
