You have graduated with at least a Bachelor’s degree. For this position, we are looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with great project and program management experience. You have been playing the role of the Scrum Master in a team that was applying Scrum principles and practices. It is a bonus if you have experience in the Pharmaceutical or Financial Services sectors, as well as portfolio management experience.

You have knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burn-down technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).

SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), Implementing SAFe (SPC), PMP, CSM or other Agile Certifications are a plus, but not essential. Leading SAFe (SA) and experience in supporting an Agile Transformation is also an advantage. You are a skilled facilitator, track record of bringing people together to deliver results. Proven team building skills – recognized as a servant leader is important for this role. You must excel in stakeholder management, confident in situational awareness, conflict resolution and continual improvement.
